Mustangs Rule the Waves As They Ride Their Momentum Past The Sinking Buccaneers

On Saturday your Mustang Men's Basketball team faced off against the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College in our final game in Region 19 play! The Mustangs hopefully secured favorable seeding in the Region 19 playoffs by defeating the Buccaneers by a score of 95-79!

Nigel Cooke dominated the Bucs scoring 26 points over the course of the game! Freshmans Matt Compas and Will Anderson followed close behind scoring an additional 22 and 18 points each! Will Anderson led the Mustangs in assists dishing out 12 perfect passes! Cooke and Compas lent a helping hand and gained an additional 5 and 4 assists respectively.

Jason Price put on a defensive clinic leading the Mustangs in both blocks (3) and steals (2)! Jake Schalki led the Mustangs in rebounds, scooping up 9! With Jason Price, Nigel Cooke and Jay Joseph obtaining an additional 8, 6, and 6 rebounds respectively. 

Finally, congratulations to our very own Will Anderson for obtaining a Double-Double after scoring 18 points and helping out with 12 assists!
