Jersey Blues Slide by Mustangs
Lincroft, Pa. - The Jersey Blues of Brookdale Community College, ranked 8th nationally in the NJCAA, beat the Montgomery County Community College Mustangs 2-0 on Oct. 16, 2010.
The Mustangs played stellar defense against the powerhouse Jersey Blues, allowing on two goals in the second half. The Mustangs' defense allowed the Jersey Blues only 14 shots on goal while goalie Mary Grace Lux earned 12 saves in the effort.
The Mustangs notched four shots on goal but were unable to get one past the Jersey Blues' keeper.
