About Athletics
Montgomery County Community College athletic teams compete at the NJCAA Division III intercollegiate level and the College places the highest priority on the overall quality of the educational and athletic experiences. The Mustangs compete as a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference within Region XIX of the National Junior College Athletic Association.
Current Teams
Montgomery County Community College sponsors eight teams at the intercollegiate level: Women’s Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s Baseball, Cheerleading, and Esports.

- Mission Statement
The mission of the Montgomery County Community College Athletics department is to provide a quality, competitive, and respected athletics program that challenges student-athletes’ physical, mental, and cognitive capacity. As part of the education and learning process, highly skilled students are given the opportunity to perform in their chosen sport at a high level of competition. The athletic program is open to all students for the purpose of fostering and enhancing student engagement outside of the classroom. Those who commit themselves to participating in the athletic program are encouraged to enrich themselves not only as student-athletes, but as people in general.

Intercollegiate Athletics at Montgomery County Community College will advance the College’s overall strategic plan by providing an excellent environment for student-athletes, helping them succeed personally, academically, and competitively. The program will yield positive benefits as it increases student-body engagement, contributes to the enrollment development goals, and serves as a positive focus of campus attention and activity.
