Blue Bell, PA: The Mustangs men's basketball team was defeated by the Vikings of Ocean County College 86-91 in non-conference play.
Sophomore guard Shaakir Gibbs (Wyncote/Simon Gratz) scored 21 to lead the Mustangs in scoring once again. Second year forward Brendan Watton (Conshohocken/Plymouth Whitemarsh) added 14 and freshman forward Carl Robinson (Jenkintown/Jenkintown) contributed 13.
The Mustangs move to 3-9 overall and 3-4 in EPAC play. The Mustangs are on the road Thursday to face the Trailblazers of Luzerne County Community College for an 8PM tip-off. The Trailblazers are 5-8 overall and 4-5 in the EPAC.
The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
