Men's basketball traveled to Harrisburg Area Community College on Tuesday to take on the 1-6 Hawks. The Mustangs wanted to get a win and set themselves back on track for a potential bye in regional playoffs.
Montgomery got off to an 8 point halftime lead and the game looked like it was going to be close. However, Mustangs exploded in the second half, outscoring the Hawks by 17 and finishing the game with an 83-58 score.
Noah Baker (FR, Spring-Ford) led the Mustangs in scoring with 16. Sophomore Cameron Reid (Spring-Ford) also had a massive night with 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals.
The Mustangs will have a tough game ahead of them, when they host nationally ranked Northampton Community College on Thursday.
