Dukes Beat Men's Soccer 2-1

Vineland, N.J. - The Montgomery County Community College men's soccer team suffered a disappointing 1-2 loss to the Cumberland County College Dukes on Oct. 6, 2010.

The Dukes came out quickly on their home turf, opening the scoring in the 11th minute when Stevan Austino scored in a melee in front of the Mustangs' goal. The rest of the half was evenly played, sending the Mustangs into the second half with a one goal deficit.

In the second half the Mustangs put the pressure on and were able to tie up the game in the 73rd minute when Ali Mohamed-Ali headed in a cross from Jay Natale. The Mustangs remained in control for the remainder of match until Dukes forward Dom Cromwell broke free to score the game winning goal with just two minutes left.

The Mustangs' record is now 3-6-2 overall.
