Bethlehem, PA: The Mustangs Men's Soccer team was defeated by the Spartans of Northampton Community College 1-3 in EPAC.
The Mustangs were behind 0-2 until second year forward Igor McVeagh (Flourtown, PA/Springfield Twp) scored in the 61st minute to pull within one. The Spartans sealed the win when Majed Salma scored at 78:00. McVeagh was able to get off 3 shots on goal.
The Mustangs are now 1-4-1 overall and 1-3-1 in the EPAC. The Mustangs will return home to face the Centurians of Bucks County Community College on Tuesday, September 20, 3:30 PM.
The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
