Men's Soccer Falls in Regular Season Finale

Men's soccer traveled to Rowan College of South Jersey - Gloucester on Tuesday for the last game of their regular season. The Roadrunners brought an 11-5-2 record into the match, with one of those losses being an overtime loss to the number three team in the country.

The Roadrunners showed their dominance early, scoring a blisteringly fast four goals in 17 minutes. The Mustangs were immediately forced to battle back. The defense held the Roardrunners off for the rest of the first half, but they weren't able to chip into the lead.

The Mustangs found a few small opportunities and Elias Gehman (Dock Mennonite), a sophomore captain, capitalized on his. With only one shot and one shot on goal, the midfielder blasted a shot that managed to get behind the keeper and score in the 54th minute.

Unfortunately for the Mustangs, they were unable to score again, leading to a 4-1 win for the Roadrunners.

Playoff seeding will be announced on Wednesday, so the Mustangs will get more information on their upcoming playoff match when those seedings are released.
