Women's Basketball: Mustangs Secure Win from Trailblazers

Blue Bell, PA: The Mustangs women's secured a solid win, 75-30 in a conference game against the Luzerne County Community College Trailblazers Tuesday evening.

Freshman forward Mechiah Brant #21 (Pottstown/ Owen J Roberts) accounted for nearly a quarter of the Mustang's final score at 24 points.

Sophomore guard Alison Henning #11 (Norristown/Norristown) was the second leading scorer of the night, contributing 15 points. Sophomore Forward Linda Sobeck #4 (King of Prussia/ Upper Merion) also added 11 points.

The women's' basketball team currently holds a record of 8-13 overall and 5-4 in EPAC play. The Mustangs will play away Thursday, February 9th at Cumberland County College in a non-conference game. The Mustangs will face off against the Dukes at 5PM.

The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
