Women's Basketball: Trailblazers Take Win from Mustangs

Nanticoke, PA: The Mustangs were defeated by the Luzerne County Community College Trailblazers, 35-34 on Saturday, Feb. 18th in a conference game.

Freshman forward Dejah China's #25 (Elkins Park/ Cheltenham) scored 9 points, followed by  Freshman forward Mechiah Brant #15 (Pottstown/ Owen J Roberts) 8 points points. Sophomore Forward Elizabeth Seward #10 (Collegville/ Perkiomen Valley) also added 7 points.

The women's' basketball team record overall is 9-15 and 5-5 in EPAC play. The Mustangs will play away against the Cumberland County College Dukes in a make-up game Tuesday, Feb. 21th in a nin-conference game. The Mustangs play at 6:00 PM.

The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
