Mustangs Win 5-0 Over Lions
Branchburg, N.J. - The Montgomery County Community College Mustangs won 5-0 over the Lions of Raritan Valley Community College.
Malorie Waters earned a hat trick in the victory. Waters entered the game six minutes in and scored her first goal of the evening just 11 seconds after stepping onto the field. She was able to post two more goals in the next 20 minutes to give the Mustangs a 3-0 lead. Megan Doran added to the lead with a goal in the 31st minute to round out the scoring in the first half. In the second Sydnee Ryan posted a goal in the 61st minute of the game to give the Mustangs their ultimate 5-0 victory.
Goalkeeper Mary Grace Lux earned a shut out in the effort.
