WVB defeats Lackawanna College Falcons

Scranton, PA- Montgomery County Community College Mustangs women's volleyball team defeated the Falcons of Lackawanna College in EPAC play 3-0 (25-8, 25-15, 25-16) to remain undefeated for the season. DS Tara Moffa (North Penn) led the team with 13 digs, Laura Reeser (Lighthouse Christian) and Anna Morgan (Wissahickon) followed with 8 digs each. Sophomore DS Emma Hagel (Norristown) led the team with 7 aces. First year Setter Carlye Odorsio (Upper Merion) had another outstanding performance racking up 19 assist. As a team, the Mustangs accumulated 49 digs and 23 kills.

Coach Rivera said "I am happy that that the girls were able to finish in 3. I hope we can execute more plays in the future and play our game."

The Mustangs return to play Thursday, September 8 for an EPAC conference game at Bucks County Community College, 7PM. 

The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
