Mustangs Start Their Playoff Birth With a Win Over the Owls
February 23, 2022
On Tuesday night, the Mustangs kicked off their birth in the Region 19 tournament by facing the Union County Owls in the Quarter Finals! After a close first half, the Mustangs raced down the stretch and won a resounding victory by a score of 94-63!

Mustangs Close Out Regular Season, Look Towards Playoffs

On Monday night, both of our Mustang Basketball teams ended their 2021-22 regular seasons. Our Women’s team ended with a loss to the Skylander of Sussex County Community College by a score of 56-39. While our Men’s team lost a close game to Division 1 rival Harcum College 104-95.

Nigel had an amazing performance this week averaging 19 points, 2 steals, 3 assists, and 4.5 rebounds in our playoff race! In total Nigel scored a grand total of 56 points in our 3 critical games this week!

On Saturday your Mustang Men’s Basketball team faced off against the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College in our final game in Region 19 play! The Mustangs hopefully secured favorable seeding in the Region 19 playoffs by defeating the Buccaneers by a score of 95-79!

On Tuesday your Mustangs Women’s Basketball team faced off against the Jersey Blues of Brookdale Community College, but unfortunately fell by a score of 61-46. However, your Men’s Basketball team squared off against the Spartans of Northampton Community College and defeated them by a score of 58-50 to claim the regular season EPAC Championship!

On Saturday your Mustangs faced off against the Cougars of Lehigh Carbon Community College in a fierce Men’s/Women’s double header! Our Women’s team lost a close game by a score of 55-39. But our Men’s team won by a score of 98-55!

On Thursday night, your Mustangs traveled to our State Capital to take on the Harrisburg Area Community College Hawks in a Men’s/Women’s Double Header. Our Women’s team started the night off right with a 56-17 victory, quickly followed by a decisive 89-53 win from our Men!
